Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Demo Labelling, creating an account, uploading files, or making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of India and your country of residence.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

Service Description

Demo Labelling provides AI-assisted data annotation services for computer vision tasks. Our platform uses advanced AI models including SAM (Segment Anything Model) integration, automated bounding box detection, and pixel-perfect segmentation to generate annotations for your uploaded images and videos.

AI-Generated Results Disclaimer

All annotation results are generated by AI models. While we strive for maximum accuracy (92%+ across supported domains), the user is solely responsible for validating, reviewing, and correcting the final output before using it in any production environment, safety-critical application, or commercial deployment.

Service Availability

We aim for 99%+ uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, GPU availability, or third-party service outages may temporarily affect platform availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of planned downtime.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, violates intellectual property rights, or breaches any applicable laws. Demo Labelling reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these conditions without prior notice.

Payments and Tokens

Demo Labelling uses a credit-based system to pay for AI processing resources. All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

Token System

Users purchase "Tokens" or pay a "GPU Fee" to process images and videos through our AI pipeline. Token costs vary depending on the type of annotation (bounding box vs. segmentation), number of tags, and processing complexity. The current pricing is displayed on the platform before each transaction.

Supported Currencies

All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) for Indian users, or equivalent USD for international users. Currency conversion, if applicable, is handled by Razorpay at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.

Payment Security

All payment processing is handled by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway. Demo Labelling does not store any credit card, debit card, or bank account details on its servers. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read this section carefully before making any purchase. Due to the nature of GPU-based AI processing, specific conditions apply to refunds and cancellations.

General Refund Policy — No Refund Once Processing Starts
Due to the high and immediate cost of GPU processing on our infrastructure, we generally do not offer refunds once an AI labelling task has started. The moment you initiate a labelling job, GPU resources are allocated and billed in real time. This cost cannot be recovered once incurred.

Failed Tasks — Full Credit Within 24 Hours 24 HRS

If a technical error on our backend prevents your files from being labelled (e.g., a server crash, API failure, or pipeline error that is clearly attributable to our system), the full token amount or GPU fee charged will be credited back to your Demo Labelling account balance within 24 hours of the confirmed failure. To request a credit for a failed task, contact us at demolabelling@gmail.com with your task ID.

Pre-Purchased Tokens — Non-Refundable

You may stop using the service at any time. However, pre-purchased tokens that have not yet been consumed are non-refundable. Tokens do not expire and will remain in your account balance for future use.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at demolabelling@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction. We will review the case and respond within 48 business hours. Initiating a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension.

Limitation of Liability

Demo Labelling shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, the Demo Labelling platform or any of its outputs.

Maximum Liability Cap

In no event shall Demo Labelling's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you to Demo Labelling in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim.

No Warranty

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for validating AI-generated annotations before using them in any production system, autonomous application, medical device, safety-critical infrastructure, or any other high-stakes environment. Demo Labelling assumes no responsibility for downstream decisions made based on AI output.
